Prince Festus Yamah is a native Uneme Akiosu, in the Akoko Edo Local Government Area of Edo state. He was born to the family of Prince Michael Momoh Yamah (of the blessed memory) on the 15th day of January, 1981.
He had his elementary education at Iretoji Primary School Igarra, between 1986/92. He had his secondary education at St. Pauls Grammar School Igarra 1998, both in the Akoko Edo LGA of Edo State

He then proceeded to Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi (now Federal Polytechnic,Auchi), Edo state where he obtained his Ordinary National and Higher National Diploma respectively (OND/HND) in Urban and Regional Planning in 2002 and 2006 respectively.

Prior to joining KINGS CAROS LIMITED as a Management Consultant and Admin Manager, Prince festus Yamah has worked with some major key players in both the Oil and Gas and

telecommunication sector

After his NYSC Program at Ibarapa central of Igbo-ora in Oyo state in 2007, as a fresh graduate he got a mouthwatering offer as the ‘Operations Manager’ from an Oil and gas firm in lagos ‘Awesome Energy’. During his stay in Awesome Energy he was the brain behind the basic operations and general innovative ideas that hiteherto grew the business from just an oil and gas supply firm to a major player in the downstream sector of the economy and beyond, he developed a channel frame work for the department of oil and gas servicing, he was part of the onsight team were engineers and technicians were engaged, piping and corrosion test fully established which grew the capital base and income of the company.

In 2009, because of his flair for communication and telecoms in general , Prince Festus Yamah, decided to sail on a different waters, he was given an offer as the SUPERVISOR in the Call Centre in lagos with ‘CNSSCCL’ a subsidiary of the African telco MTNNG. During his stay in the call centre as a supervisor he was able to develop a new metric system of ACD, develop a new login access, see to restructuring of agents AHT and AWT, also facilitated the now much talk about CRM usage in the call centre.

Because of the growth so far achieved in the call centre as a supervisor, Prince was invited to lagos in 2012 for an onsight interview with the telecoms giant MTN were he was interviewed for the post of a service centre management in lagos, he was successfully chossen and as at 02nd June,2012 he resumed duty as a service center manager with MTNNG till date.

He is an alumnus of South Wales University in the United Kingdom, during his engagement as a Service centre Manager with MTNNG in lagos, he later attended University of South Wales, United Kingdom (UK) for his MSC Business Administration program in 2019.

He is a profilic member of the Chartered institute of personnel management of Nigeria (CIPM), he is a member of the National Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and an astute Member of Town planning Registration Council of Nigeria, (TOPREC)

Prince Festus Yamah is married and blessed with 2 Children.
